Inside the download
Actual workbook excerpt using fictional businesses. It shows overdue and same-day follow-ups, an expired quote, a stop-contact request and a missing quote value. These are demonstrations, not customer results.

Who it is for
Problems it solves
Use the next action and date you choose to flag due and overdue records. Contact-stop requests and unresolved permission stay visible.
Adapt a receipt check, decision-timing question or another situation-specific draft instead of sending a generic nudge.
Record the actual expiry and check missing quote values before relying on the open quote total.
Record an agreed later check-in, place the opportunity on hold or close an unanswered inquiry. Do not treat silence as acceptance.
What is included
Built for practical use without specialized software or a consulting engagement.
How it works
Assign a unique lead ID, an owner, a stage and the appropriate contact status.
Enter a specific action and a real date. The workbook does not select dates or send messages for you.
Check permission, quote details and the latest conversation, then adapt the relevant email draft.
Record the reply, replace the next action/date and review open opportunities each week.

No. The drafts are designed for existing inquiries and quotes. They are alternatives for different situations, not a twelve-message sequence to send every prospect. Review contact permission and applicable commercial-message requirements before sending.
No. It adds valid nonnegative quote values in Quote sent and Decision pending stages. Missing or invalid prices are flagged separately. It does not apply probabilities or count cash received.
Yes. Set the currency label and use one currency throughout the workbook. The label does not convert amounts, so do not mix currencies.
The workbook has 200 prepared rows. Do not assume adding more rows automatically extends its formulas, summaries or validation. Archive completed records in a private copy when needed.
