Terms, privacy and refunds

These policies apply to digital resources sold by Practical Business Works, LLC. Gumroad securely processes paid orders and provides product delivery.

Digital-product terms

Products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Buyers are responsible for confirming that they have compatible software before purchasing. Product descriptions identify the included file formats and required software.

License

Unless a product page states otherwise, a purchase grants one business a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use and adapt the files for its own internal business operations. Files may be shared with that business’s employees and contractors when needed for internal use. Products may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, posted publicly, included in another product, or shared with unrelated organizations.

Refund policy

Because these are downloadable digital products, sales are generally final once access has been provided. We will review requests involving a duplicate purchase, a corrupted or inaccessible file that we cannot replace, or a product that is materially different from its published description. Contact us with the order email and receipt information so we can investigate.

Privacy

We use information submitted through this website only to respond to inquiries, provide requested resources, understand website use, and improve our products. Paid-order information is processed under Gumroad’s privacy practices. We do not sell personal information. Email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided directly to Practical Business Works.
